Almi Dairy Farm and Milk Processing Factory was established in December 2004 in Southern Nations, Nationalities and People's Region (SNNPR) Sidama and Hawassa Industry. The company acquired land lo expand the existing business of milk processing and distributing. The company pasteurized milk, yoghurt, cheese and butter with annual production capacity of S25, 000 liter of Pasteurized milk; 108,000 liter of yoghurt; 2880 kg of cheese; 360,000 liter of raw milk; 10,800 kg of liter and 18,000 liter of cream.
